Vendee does not operate a call centre or intake process managed by a junior team member. Every enquiry is reviewed by Amanda directly. If your acquisition parameters align with Vendee's mandate range and operating geography, the starting point is an Asset Acquisition Strategy Briefing.
The briefing is a working session. Amanda reviews your acquisition mandate, assesses current market conditions relevant to your target asset class, and determines whether Vendee's engagement model is the right fit for your situation. It is not a sales conversation.
Vendee operates at limited client capacity by design. The VEPAP process demands direct principal involvement at every stage. That level of engagement cannot be delivered at volume.

How quickly does Amanda respond to enquiries?
Most enquiries receive a personal response from Amanda within one business day. If your message arrives after 5:30pm Brisbane time or on a Sunday, expect a reply the next working morning. Urgent matters can be flagged in your message subject line.
Do I need to know exactly what I am looking for before contacting Vendee?

What happens after I send an enquiry?

If Vendee is not the right fit, she will tell you directly and where possible refer you to another suitable operator.
Is there a minimum budget for engaging Vendee?
Vendee operates primarily in the $1.5 million and above range across Noosa and the Sunshine Coast, with selective Gold Coast engagements typically $2 million to $15 million plus. Outside this range, the briefing is the right place to discuss whether the engagement model is appropriate for your situation.
