Amanda’s professional foundation is not agency. It is development. Her career began in senior corporate strategy roles, including with L’Oréal, before transitioning into property development and investment across Australia and internationally.

That background matters. A buyers agent who has built, subdivided, developed, and held property across multiple markets reads risk differently from one who has only transacted it. The difference shows at due diligence, at negotiation, and at the point where most buyers cannot interpret what they are looking at.

Amanda also relocated to Noosa and the Sunshine Coast herself. She navigated the same due diligence challenges, contract law differences, and market opacity that interstate buyers face without representation. That firsthand experience informs the way Vendee approaches every interstate client engagement.
