If you are sick of getting mucked around by real estate agents and  being played by them and missing out on a  house you were trying buy , then this great service is a no brainer . Amanda’s knowledge and professionalism puts you back on the front foot with the real estate agent and the buying process . Amanda’s communication was excellent and all ways kept  me updated ultimately securing the property with her expertise  and her big team of local independent trades people who perform all the needed checks . The   added bonus was paying less than the vendors asking price.
